New Patient FAQs

How long is a new patient appointment?

Most first visits are about an hour. Timing can vary depending on X-rays needed and whether a cleaning is appropriate that day.

Will I get a cleaning on my first visit?

When time and clinical needs allow, yes. If gum inflammation or deeper periodontal care is needed, we’ll explain the best next step and schedule accordingly.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of medications/conditions, and any recent dental X-rays you can share.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We work with many PPO plans and can verify benefits before your visit. Coverage varies by plan, so we’ll review your estimate with you.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call us—if you’re in pain or have swelling, we’ll help you get seen as soon as possible and guide you on next steps.

Will I get a treatment plan and cost estimate?

Yes. After the exam and imaging, we’ll explain what we see in plain language and provide a clear plan with estimated costs.

Do you offer financing?

Yes—financing options may be available for qualified patients. Ask our team and we’ll walk you through it.
